Two boys both shot and stabbed in a night of bloodshed in North West London

Two teenagers have been rushed to hospital after being both shot and stabbed in North West London.

A third man, also sustained injuries at the scene in Kingsbury on Saturday, March 27, but did not require medical attention.

Police were called to Kingsbury Road, at 11.40pm to reports of gunfire and armed officers along with the London Ambulance Service arrived at the scene.

Two boys, both aged 17, were found with gunshot and stab injuries and were assisted by emergency workers.

The pair were rushed to hospital and after receiving treatment, are not believed to be in a life-threatening condition.

Detectives from the Met’s Specialist Crime Command (Trident) are leading the investigation and a significant police presence remains in the area as enquiries continue.

Police have cordoned off a section of shops along Kingsbury Road near the roundabout. Pictures taken overnight showed searches being carried out with a sniffer dog.

Police also seemed to be focussing their searches outside Pepe’s Piri Piri chicken shop.

A Met Police spokesperson said: “At this early stage, there have been no arrests.

“Anybody with information or dashcam footage of the incident is asked to call police on 101 or tweet @MetCC quoting CAD 8883/27Mar.
